1- Administration

1-1 Chairman
 

Mohamd Ali Rassa founded the company in 1991. He has brilliant experiences in analysis and design of industrial and residential structures since 1969.   Under his leadership Sazeh Andishan Consultant Engineering achieved its reputation in structural design of cement production plants in Iran. Here his brief resume is tabulated as follow:

2- Design and Detailed Engineering

The main duties of this section are:

- Design of civil works includes basic layout of plant and architectural design of non-plant buildings.

- Structural Engineering includes reinforced concrete and structural steel designs and working drawings for foundation and structures and prepares design/fabrication drawings.

- Electrical, Mechanical Engineering include design for non-plant buildings.

3- Control Project and supervision

This section is responsible for control and supervission of construction including integral planning i.e. progress, resources, finance and cost control.

4- Cost Studies and contract management.

Valuate building and construction for different material and technologies from integral part of the projects costs. Furthermore, give a financial prospect to client for probable probable expenses in project to prepare required documents for contracts.
